[筆記] 重新連接生命動能

 延續上回奧娜・班修森（Orna Ben-Shoshen）老師的分享，接著練習的神之名便是轉化憤怒的 Lamed Aleph Vav  ל א ו 。

在練習這個神之名後，我主要的情緒狀態就成了憤怒；面對生活中的大小事，我都能發現讓我不快的理由，更覺得生氣是合理的。

　

我持續練習，直到有一天我生氣到覺得累了，不想再用憤怒來會回應外在的變化後，我才在練習這個神之名時感受到一股深沉的靜謐；儘管只有一瞬間把注意力放回自己身上，這仍然讓我感到放鬆、自在。

　

原來轉化暴怒的方法很簡單。那就是在盛怒之下，花些時間感受自己的狀態。如此簡單的動作，就能帶來流水般的沁涼。

而既然已經體驗到自我觀照重要性，那麼下一個要練習的神之名，就是有助於重新連接到生命動能的  Mem-Lamed-Hey מ ל ה ，一起來看看老師的介紹吧：

One of the purposes of the name Mem-Lamed-Hey is to help us illuminate the point in the heart
神之名 Mem Lamed Hey 的目的之一是幫助我們照亮心中的那個點

This is the inner point that exists in every person that connects him with the one who created him. In each of us there is a sacred inner spark. 

這是存在於每個人內在的一個點，將他與造他的那位聯繫在一起。在我們每個人的內心中，都有這樣的神聖火光。

Let's understand what happens to us when that spark is darkened: 
讓我們來了解當火光變弱時，我們會發生甚麼變化：

In recent centuries, humanity has deteriorated spiritually, and humans are deeply stuck in the thicknesses of matter — immersed primarily in the limited reality of the physical world. As a result, many distortions, imbalances and disharmony have been formed in our world. We went out of proportion ... We no longer remember what is true and what is fake. People live in awareness of separateness, hurting each other and failing each other. Because of the pursuit of power, money and honor, many injustices have been created in human society. (Corporate takeover, government corruption, incitement, injustice, racism, and what not ...) 

近幾個世紀以來，人們在靈性層面上退化了，深深陷入塵世之中──浸泡在物質的有限世界中。於是，在世上形成了許多扭曲、失衡與不協調。我們失去了平衡。我們不再記得甚麼是真的、甚麼是假的。人們活在隔閡的意識狀態中，傷害彼此、辜負彼此。因為追求權力、金錢和名譽，人類社會中也有了多不公義之事。（企業併購、腐敗的政府、煽動、不公義、種族主義、…）

According to the Kabbalah, time is short, and humanity has to complete its rectification process very soon, so the intense events that are taking place in our world require us to accelerate our transformation process - we will no longer be able to act in the way we have acted so far. 

根據卡巴拉的觀點，時光短暫，人類必須迅速完成自我校正的過程，因此目前世界上發生的激烈事件要求我們加快轉化的步伐──我們不能再以過往的方式行事了。

Collective awareness must shift A.S.A.P ... 

集體意識必得盡速改變。

Physical reality provides us with difficult and challenging dramas: It instilled in us the confusion, doubt, uncertainty, overwhelming fear of contracting diseases, fear of wars, scarcity, and the new world order. And why?  

現實界則給了我們困難而挑戰的戲碼：它灌輸了我們困惑、懷疑、不確定，以及對疾病傳播、戰爭、匱乏和新世界秩序的深深恐懼。而這又是為了什麼呢？

To push us for change.

是為了促使我們改變。

Therefore, just at this time, there is an urgent need to reconnect to the primary engine of life - the light of Infinity, in order to make a quantum leap in the spiritual development of the individual and the whole. We must rekindle our inner sacred point, and learn to do the same for others - our friends on the journey. 

因此，現在正是迫切需要重新連接到生命的原始動能──無限光的時刻，以便在個人和整體的靈性進展上躍昇。我們必須重新點燃內在神聖的那一點，也如此對待他人──那些與我們旅程中的朋友們。

The letter combination Mem-Lamed-Hey (מ.ל.ה) helps us to illuminate our thoughts in the light of Grace - this is the light that emanated from the right side of the Tree of Life, the line of grace. This light gives our thoughts sharpness and power, it helps to neutralize the negative frequencies that have taken over our collective intelligence, and replace them with high spiritual frequencies. 

神之名 Mem Lamed Hey  מ ל ה 幫助我們，以恩典之光照亮我們的思想─這是從生命之樹的右側序列、恩典的序列放射出來的光芒。這光賦予我們敏銳和充滿活力的思維，幫助我們中和佔據我們集體意識的負面頻率，並替換成較高的靈性頻率。

This is the purpose of the process our humanity is going through: 

這就是我們人類經歷這過程的用意：

To eventually reach the enlightened reality that awaits us from the other side of the dark tunnel through which we are currently passing. At the end of this awakening process, we shall reach a reality where unity, brotherhood and abundance will prevail in humanity. Anyone who goes through this change successfully will reconnect to the noble and sacred aspects within him.
最終，我們將走出目前所處的黑暗隧道，抵達在另一端等待著我們的光耀境界。在這醒悟過程的終點，我們將進入一個以團結、友愛和豐盛為主的現實。成功經歷這些變化的人，將重新連結到自己內在的高貴與神聖。
